I believe that being healthy means eating delicious whole and real food, that a person doesn’t need to sacrifice their happiness to be healthy, that being healthy IS being happy and being healthy doesn’t have to be hard.
I am a Certified Integrative & Holistic Health Coach, a hula dancer, and a San Francisco resident.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationships cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Is the thought of preparing a home cooked meal daunting to you? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole because health is personal.
My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work together with clients to help them make lasting and practical lifestyle changes that connect them with their highest self.
