After more than six years of serving patients through root-cause medicine, Gritwell is closing its doors to new patients.

A Note from Our Founder

Over the past six years, we built a clinically exceptional practice with approximately 90% clinical improvement across autoimmune, gut, metabolic, hormonal, neurological, and mental health conditions.
However, as a venture-backed company, we were ultimately unable to scale the model in a way that met investor expectations while maintaining the standard of care required to produce those outcomes. The level of personalization and clinical depth that drives real healing is incredibly difficult to translate to venture-scale healthcare, and despite significant effort, we were unable to bridge that gap with the resources available to us.
In the process, we built a profitable, outcomes-driven boutique clinic, but that is not the type of model our investors set out to fund.
